Information note on Privacy in accordance with Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 no. 196 - Italy
In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30.06.2003, Sovil srl, with registered office in Rome and seat of operations in Soriano nel Cimino (VT) - 01038 - Strada Statale N° 204 Ortana - Loc. Sanguetta – Italy –, (hereinafter called Sovil), Holder of the treatment of data, issues the following information note:
The data collected by Sovil will be treated electronically for the fulfilment of Orders and for other related purposes, as well as for statistical purposes and for promotional and marketing aims. The nature of the conferral of the data is optional.
However, the data is necessary in order to perform the task requested, and without it no activities can be undertaken in favour of the person requesting them. Moreover, the conferral of this data will make it possible to receive new commercial offers by post, telephone or e-mail from Sovil or from other subsidiaries and/or controlling companies.
The data provided can only be accessed by specifically appointed people, such as employees, consultants, third-party suppliers of services, for the purposes indicated above; the data may otherwise be notified to external third parties within the framework of Sovil subsidiaries or parent companies.
Moreover, as established by articles 7, 8, 9, 10 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/03, the person involved may at any time request confirmation of the existence of his data, or request that it be changed or cancelled, by writing to the Head of the Customer Office c/o Sovil s.r.l. - Strada Statale N° 204 Ortana (Loc. Sanguetta) - 01038 Soriano nel Cimino (VT) - Italy.
