How do I create an order ?
By following a few simple steps you can identify the articles best suited to your needs. The articles can be viewed by type: Wall lamps, ceiling lamps, lampposts, etc., in order to have an overall view of the ranges. Once you have identified the line of your choice, the other products of the same line will be suggested, or those that best suit the article identified. Diagrams with details on measurements are available, and so are location photos. At this point it is enough to indicate the quantities necessary and the favourite colour from amongst those available. You can thus compose your basket. To purchase products that differ from the suggested ones, click on the various types listed to the left, under the item PRODUCTS.
Once you have completed your choice by clicking on “go to register”, access the order summary in which the shipping charges and the choice of payment method are indicated.

How do I obtain more information ?
By sending an email to moc.livos@pohs or by filling out the contact form.

Must I register ?
You do not need to register in order to surf the site. It will only become necessary when you want to send in your purchase orders. While registering you will need to enter your details for invoicing and for shipment of the goods. Afterwards, by entering your user name (=email) and the password, you will be able to access the site and verify the updates regarding the state of orders, as well as trace their delivery.

How can I recover the forgotten password ?
If you lose the password needed to access the site, you can generate a new one from the page recover password.
By entering the email address with which you registered, in a few instants the system will send you a link with instructions for creating a new password.


What are the possible payment methods ?
Payment for the orders can be made by means of:

  • Credit card
  • Paypal

Is online payment safe ?
This is a common doubt for those who approach the comfort of on-line purchasing for the first time. It concerns the safety of their transactions, the fear of being cheated or the fear that the details of their credit card can end up in the hands of badly-intentioned people. This is not true, because apart from the fact that most sites offer various methods of payment, transactions using credit cards themselves are faster and easier, and take place using the same banking systems that safeguard both those who buy and those who sell over the Internet.


When will my order be invoiced ?
The items purchased will be invoiced at the time of shipment. You will receive a mail from us, at the address indicated when you registered, with the invoice that must be printed and preserved for all uses of law.


What is the cost of transport ?
There is a fixed cost for all deliveries within Italy, amounting to € 8.00 for orders up to € 199.99; it is free for all orders of a higher amount. For deliveries outside Italy, the amount is automatically calculated when you check-out, based on the weight and destination of the goods.

Through which Courier will my order be sent ?
We have selected highly reliable partners, leaders in the sector: GLS, TNT or AWS. The courier that will carry your goods will be indicated in the invoice.

In how many days will my order to be filled ?
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days from receipt of confirmation of payment. The goods will be delivered to the express courier who, as from the day following departure of the goods, will make it possible for you to trace them. If some of the goods indicated in the order are not available, these will be indicated in the e-mail sent to you during registration. In that case, all the goods available, as well as the remainder of the goods, will be sent at our expense.

Can the goods be received at a different address than that indicated for invoicing ?
Certainly. You can indicate the address to be used for shipment at the time of order confirmation, which can be different from that used for invoicing.

Can the shipment be traced ?
Within one day from shipment you will receive a mail, at the address indicated during registration, with all the indications necessary.


Pursuant to Italian law and in accordance with Art. 5, Legislative Decree 22.5.1999 no. 185, the consumer may cancel his order within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Products. The right to withdraw is enforced by means of written notice, to be sent to Sovil srl, Strada Statale N° 204 Ortana (Loc. Sanguetta) - 01038 Soriano nel Cimino (VT) – Italy - by registered letter with return receipt or by means of telegram or fax later confirmed by registered mail with notice of receipt within the subsequent 48 hours. The notice of withdrawal must indicate the number of the Order from which you are withdrawing, the product to be replaced, the method chosen to refund any amounts paid. At his own expense and charge, the consumer must return the Products, perfectly intact and in their original packaging, within maximum 10 working days from their receipt, to Sovil srl c/o Strada Statale N° 204 Ortana (Loc. Sanguetta) - 01038 Soriano nel Cimino (VT) - Italy. Sovil will refund the amounts paid by the Client within the times established by law.
